Welcome To Our Quick Trip To New Orleans L.A.

There's so much to see in the quarter. So, take your time and look around. Some of the foods we went in search of were po'boy's, beignets, great local seafood and muffulettas! And we got them all! As well as some dark roast and chicory coffee and ostrich chili . Needless to say we drank and ate our fill. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line and let us know.

Do Bourbon St. once just to see it... But then walk around and check out all the hole in the wall spots with hidden courtyards and live music. It will be worth the walk.

I know its been a long time but life got in the way of our business plans!!! So any way we have relocated our food trailer to Western Tennessee! We will be getting every thing in place for our new location and new menu over the next six months and will have updates for you very soon!!!!
